Democratic Sen. Al Franken plans a major announcement on the Senate floor Thursday. He could resign over repeated sexual harassment charges. Thirty-four of the 47 other Democratic caucus senators have asked him to step down, but Franken tweeted Wednesday night that he hadn't made a final decision. Nancy Cordes reports.
